Alan Potts has been an active commercial real estate service provider since 1983. He has been involved in all aspects of the industry with particular focus on sourcing property on behalf of clients.
His expertise includes the leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and investment properties, arranging joint-venture partnerships in the development of both residential subdivisions and commercial sites, pre-delivery marketing of industrial subdivisions and residential condominium high-rise buildings, leasing and sale of industrial design-build, acquisition and sale of multi-unit residential.
